We understand that some players have specific preferences when it comes to string choice. That’s why we’re happy to offer a custom stringing service where you can bring your own string for us to use.

The cost for this service is £15, which covers professional stringing with your provided material.

However, please be aware that this is done at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any breakage or performance issues related to third-party strings. If the string snaps during stringing or fails shortly after, we cannot offer compensation or a free re-string. This is because we cannot verify the quality, age, storage conditions, or durability of the string you've supplied.

While we take great care in handling your equipment, strings that are old, damaged, or not suitable for the desired tension increase the risk of breakage. If you're unsure whether your string is fit for use, we’re happy to take a quick look and give our honest opinion before beginning the job.
